The GW Scott baskets and all their contents are made in the UK by extremely talented craftspeople. GW Scott uses the best of what is available and as a result, hundreds of hours of labour go into making each and every basket and hamper. The result is that not only do we make luxurious products, we also support the British manufacturing industry.Our hampers and baskets contain products that are all made within a 200 mile radius of London. 
  
GW Scott Baskets 
The wicker from which our baskets are made, is grown in Somerset and comes from the fast growing Willow tree. Saplings are taken from the tree and turned into wicker. We use highly skilled craftsmen in Somerset who have a hand in every weave in every basket. The wicker for today's GW Scott baskets and hampers is grown by the same family who supplied GW Scott over 150 years
ago.

GW Scott Ceramics 
All of our ceramics are made in Stoke, the original and historical trading town for Ceramics in the UK. All of the items are fine bone china and are made by Caverswall, who are Royal Warrant holders and who make everything in their factory in the potteries in Stoke. The patterns are designed by GW Scott and are made exclusively for us.

GW Scott Crystal 
Our GW Scott Crystal items contained within the hampers and baskets are all made by one of the leading Crystal manufacturers in the UK. The lead crystal is made to our own GW Scott pattern and is then hand-cut into the Crystal.

GW Scott Cutlery 
GW Scott works alongside one of the leading cutlery makers in Sheffied, England to make cutlery exclusively for our hampers.

GW Scott Leather
We believe in using locally-sourced products and it is for this reason that the leather used in our baskets and hampers comes from Somerset, very close to where the wicker used for the hampers and baskets is grown and then subsequently woven.  

GW Scott Wood  
We use sustainably-managed wood from English woods and forests that are located in Surrey, on the outskirts of London.

Gin and Vodka 
GW Scott continues to promote UK manufacturing in everything we do and as a result we also work alongside the Chase Distillery. Chase are the only single-source estate in the UK and produce some of the best Gin and Vodka globally. 
  
Vemouth 
While GW Scott specialises in Hampers and Baskets we let the experts specialise in what they do best, which is why we work with the The Collector, who produce a UK-made Vermouth from their own home-grown English walled garden in Somerset where they collect 20 botanicals for the Vermoth. The same skill and passion that we have for our baskets, we also enjoy seeing in our friends, and The Collector is no exception. 

Sparkling Wine
GW Scott are proud to be associated with Gusbourne, a small Sparkling Wine producer based in Kent in South East England, Gusbourne have won numerous awards since they launched their first vintage
in 2010 and they are widely considered to be the leading Sparkling Wine producer that is championing artisanal trade and small, in-house production in the UK.
